How to Continue Learning as an Adult

As an adult, we keep going. These are all lifetime ways of learning. So in all this ways, you continue with experiential learning, direct experience. Also as an adult, you would continue with knowledge and reason. And then finally, meditation, I highly recommend that you include this way of knowing.
