How to Stay Emotionally Regulated in All Parenting Situations
Emotion regulation is about practice. It's that for any of us to stay emotionally regulate ing situations. When you do think particulary things on the left, your cup is less likely to run it over. And i am more likely to feel irritated at my children when i am hungry and light headed,. or when i haven't got to move my body in long time. These are moments when i'm much more likely to lose it.
