Do You Give Chemotherapy to Patients With High PD-1 Levels?

I usually do tend to give single agent PD-1 inhibition in patients who have high PD-1. I feel more confident if the PD-1 is 90% than if it's exactly 50%. There are a few young patients where we're waiting on a big cooperative group study that will answer this question about chemoio versus IO.
