The Pros and Cons of Private Equity

I would like to say that golf buddies have never killed the deal. Over my career in kind of you know 20 years of sitting in Monday morning meetings with. Unfortunately that does happen from time to time. So is there any sense of the size of the private equity group where this is more prevalent less prevalent? I don't know I would imagine to degree they are but I didn't get that. No an act to be candid that would be something I would like to go and test we we focus on the lower mid market so that the private equity guys I were talking about that I spoke to Are in that arena.
