The Latest San Beikman-Fruid Charge in the FTX Case

San Beikman-Fruid is accused of bribing Chinese officials to free that 40 million dollars frozen on the crypto exchange. Prosecutors filed that in a superseding indictment in March accusing him of directing the bribe of Chinese government officials. He was charged with foreign bribery, but the penalty for that is a lot lower than the penalties he is facing in the fraud charges.
