How Much Exercise Do You Really Need?

On average we need between 30 and 60 minutes of exercise daily. There's different types of exercise at different intensities or densities of exercise. If you do a circuit workout that's not necessarily intense but it's very dense like taking a Zumba class in 30 minutes of Zumba can get as much exercise as 60 minutes just going out for a nice walk.
