How to Make Quick UI Navigation Work for You

i ran into a wall immediately, which is that the now playing screen, the same view controller is operating both when it is minimized to the tool bar and when it is fully expanded. And so i could not for the life of me figure out how to do that without everything else being swift, you ey around it. That's when i started geting into let me try swift uon navigation stuff. I'm sure there's a way to do this piecemeal, but i think it's going to be much sier to do it all at once.
