China's Development Model Is a Positive Actor in the International Arena
I don't for one moment deny that that china has the potential to be a positive actor in the international arena. So i think projects like the belton road initiative, am or th agent, int structure, investment bank, have the potential of being really important and positive. But even as china's development model brings benefits right to the global south, there are also externalities. I'm not someone who argues that this was a deteas this was debt trap diplomacy. It is spreading that these are not a sort of what the world needs over the long run.
