There was so much bopping going on back then. And everything was bopping on the head, wasn't it? Because you'd be in the Navy, you could have been in a pirate. It was essentially a kind of early careers advisor. You'd just get a cosh in your qualified careers advice. Some people would actually draw a sort of target, essentially, on their forehead. A shady person would come up and she'd whack you over the head, and you'd wake up and discover what the rest of your life was going to be. I'm a librarian with a sore head. Ships librarian.
