i was wondering if you could sort of talk about how these chinese tech companies are, are spreading these surveillance technologies across the world. This technology, like any technology, is not safe in the hands of authoritarian tyrants or dictatorships and other regimes that don't respect human rights. There have been numerous efforts toim export controls and human rights based sanctions to the reality is that china doesn't really have any of this and doesn't really care about it, frankly.
