Are You Ever Going to Quit Your Job?
I think anytime you have something you want to talk to someone about, it is best to kind of get that on a schedule. You can't just put these things off indefinitely, and they're never going to be resolved at that point. So I would say take some initiative, be the person who, you know, tries to drive the conversation. And if it's just kind of like you don't want to deal with it, lawyers tend to be nonconfrontational.
