How to Create a Niche for Your Agency

If you want to create a new niche I would suggest doing that around another person someone with a vested interest in the agency. Since these live off site it doesn't create any confusion your building that positioning of expertise around a person again or persons and now they've just launched their third niche blog which is specific to CPG companies. So again there's no conflict or anything else by having them live off site allows them room to breathe and grow It builds it around that person but we don't hide the connection to the agency we just don't lead with it so as that niche blog with that person being the representative it speaks of their positioning within our position at the agency.
