Realty income Corp agreed to purchase about a 4.6 million square foot portfolio of net lease properties. There's about 185 retail and what they were calling non-core industrial assets as part of the portfolio. The expected cap rate at closing on the portfolio is around 7.1%. And then about 50% of the annualized rent comes from investment grade clients.
