Non-Jews are required by the Torah to live up to about 65 commandments. A non-Jew can perform almost every commandment of the Torah voluntarily, and he will get reward for it. Honoring parents does not require for non-Jews but if he wants to, he can do that,. He can keep kosher, and he'll get credit and reward for keeping kosher.
