The Vagueness of the Restrict Act
Congress is considering a bill that would restrict the use of social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. CNN's John Sutter says he was surprised by the lack of detail in the legislation. He said it feels like an attempt to be vague enough to cover things that are going to come in the next five, ten years right that they don't know about yet.
