The State's a Carrier of the Economy, Is It?
In mid 20 18, the state ministry said the camps have now become a carrier of the economy. Once a detane passes certain examinations having to do with language and ideology, they are transferred from the camp enclosure in times. Other times they stay within the camp and become a worker during the day. A lot of the work is pretty low end production type work that doesn't take a lot of training - mostly in textile manufacturing. There's also forced labour in these camps, wor and there's concerns about what is being produced there and where it's headed.
