Language, a Tool That Enables Difference

In chapter two of his new book, the Buddha talks about how language is a tool that enables differentiation. He says if you want to right their wrongs and wrong their rights, then the best thing to use is clarity. "Words are not just wind," he writes; they have something to say. But if what they have to say is not fixed, does it really say anything?
