Is There a Subjective Aspect of Abnosis?

When we're reading the scriptures, for instance, when i read the scripture, my mind gets very, very silent. A i completely immerse myself just in that and think only about that. And it helps also to meditate on the scriptures after you've, after you've read them. They're meant to touch the consciousness.
