I don't like to use the word performance improve and plan. I think there's a stigma around it, especially in blind and this entire tech industry. It's really just a sign that that leader or that manager gave up on that person. This is about how you collaborate with people horizontally within a company. The strategy that you want to employ here is coming across as authentic as possible. And lastly, just stay open to other people's feedback and opinions.
