Tendons usually take three days to recover from acute pteletean opathy. When we start to introuce into more eccentric loading and stuff in the gim, that day two is when their tendons flare up. So i tend to sneak it in every n every other day a so every second day,. We'll use anywhere between two to five isometric holds for the tendon of around that 20 to 30 seconds. Once you've establishd that they're relatively paying free in their response to that, then it's all about just progression, slowly laying on. And what that might look like is it might be holding a block at the end of a gim session
