Detective Inspector Sprague's Story of the Carman Abduction

Detective inspector sprague hoped some one would recognize the bedroom and bathroom based of the sketches. The house was on a quiet street with little traffic. Sooner mister cruel could have changed the interior before police had a chance to find his house. In june 19 93, just over two years since carman's abduction, operation spectrum was scaled down to a corps group of ten police. At one stage, there were over forty working on the task force. It was then reported that the task force would be completely disbanded at the end of january 19 94.
