How to Be a Better Django Community

DSF members could take their turn on the boards. The question always comes down to the board is volunteers if we have to manage something else. I don't know that we have like a clamoring of people who want to donate time you know via email for that. So yeah I mean a part of it too is if people want to want to do these things how do we organize them right?
