The Conservative Principle and the Affordable Care Act

The only proposal I've seen to get that, to put that money in the workers hands immediately on day one is an expansion of health savings accounts. The big thing that trips up all other efforts to try to reform the exclusion is that jump ball about what's going to happen to that $1.3 trillion and if we solve that, then I think reform becomes more feasible. Is there something that would have been even better than the Affordable Care Act? Of course.
