Pioneer Days Are Upon Us

Residents are required to dress in the costumes of early settlers. Failure to dress in era appropriate clothing, such as overalls and soft meat crowns, will result in punitive measures including being called a time traveller. The intention of the display is to bring a sense of local pride and education to the community. Visitors will come to several viewing platforms where they can see the bleached bones of their ancestors scattered across the scorched earth. Those who win last night's raffle must remit their ancestral bones by noon in order to be featured in the display.
