The Five Levels of Mindfulness

The premise is a awake consciousness can move and walk and talk. And there's also a sense of embodied open-heartedness, which not all Mahamudra systems go to. One of the systems has four levels of mind and they talk about the fifth, but I add the fifth. So I have five levels of mind. They are everyday mind, meditative consciousness, insight, meditation for foundations of mindfulness. Also that second part could be subtle body where you drop into your body,. feel your breath from within that still subtle body and subtle mind.
