Meno: I think a lot of people just like, you know, like they just see it as running. That is cardio. You mentioned kickboxing and Eric mentioned step. So I'd love to hear your kind of thoughts behind like trying to define it maybe. Meno: Something that evokes a strong cardiovascular response, I would define as cardio. It's very close to endurance training. But for example, bodybuilding purposes, you can also do cardio with the primary intent of burning energy which is quite a bit different.
