The Department of Defense is locking down distribution of intelligence. I doubt you ever received a briefing that was like, we're spying on Angela Merkel's cell phone or who knows if no bomb ever did. The smartest thing they did is when they shifted from paper to tablets. There is a lot of stuff that's very sensitive in the US government that just doesn't travel about. It's not one of those restaurants where they push around a car.
