The Importance of Private Keys in Inheritance
You can't technically own it in a legal sense, I guess, because it's just information. But if someone can copy it, then you've you've lost it, basically. You could give your errors access to your private keys and they can move the Bitcoin, but very much not legally. That's also very important, for example, for inheritance. If you really want to get your inheritance solid, you need to have a process that is recognized by public courts today.
