Someone signed a card saying forward the mail to this address, put it in post office box. Now that creates a cascading problem because things like your social security card are being forwarded. California recently started handing out money to people ostensibly to make up for the rising price of gas. There's no security on these cards and they run from $250 to $1,000 is on them.
