I feel like there's no part of myself that's like off limits off limits are covered up anymore so just that in and of itself is a huge advantage. I think it happened when it happened and I mean those relationships prepared you for this moment. You learned something from all those relationships we don't necessarily feel like we're that great for us but they were good to me. It seems like your story helped some people feel less alone, which has been nice. how many people though probably Chrissy that's so many people I know and the more people that come out the more that you know you there are probably so many stories like yours that are just you know millions yeah.
