I've basically had pretty serious PTSD from 19 to 29 like untreated PTSD and then now the last three years I've started to really dive into that. So for me it's just been a way of learning to tap into what we all have natural and unerver systems which is this kind of reflex to shake out intense emotional energy and tension in a very can it can seem very exorcist like the first time you tap into it. You do these specific exercises to trigger these stress musculature in a way where yeah you just lay down and then you you start shaking and your body just goes into different areas and you just start moving as part of an internal massage program.
