The Importance of High Level Thinking

Top coders are getting five or six things done a day, right, they couldn't do a tool in the past because they couldn't explain it to their bosses. So I think actually the most skilled people are going to have a level up and then people go oh my god, you know a 10x programmer. And then people make the junior program invalid now that's going to make the super programmer 100x. We're not at the stage where I is taking jobs wholesale but you know we're also not preparing for that transition.
