Are You Leading From the Heart?

Leading from the heart is not soft, it's not sentimental. It actually drives greater financial performance at the end of the day. I'm a big advocate promoting from within because when something comes to the outside, you don't really know that person. But I think we're measuring people the wrong way and rewarding for the wrong things.
