Is There a Search Under the Fourth Amendment in Travis Tuggle's Case?
Professor curr, thank you so much for participating in to day's event and sharing your experts with us. I'll provy a little bit of background on the case and then offer some thoughts. In 20 third team a state, and i believe federal police as well, in illinois, started to suspect that a travis tuggle was involved meth distribution conspiracy. They believed that he was dealing out of his home, but they didn't have enough facts to get a warrant. To get that information, they mounted cameras on utility poles on public land surrounding tuggle's home. And they recorded 24 seven surveillance of his comings and goings and other activities.
