How to Respond to Your Reviews When Someone Leaves You One
I've probably done a half dozen classes over the last month. I'm probably been face to face in front of close to 60 agents. So we explain how we do it with our process. And then I emulate how they can create it with a real estate agent. It's really not that much different. We're dealing with people, there's steps in the process. You have to tell people what to expect. If something is urgent, I need you to send a text message to this number and we'll get on it quickly. People enjoy it. They see the value. They say they're going to implement it.
