The Effects of Seizure on the Eyes
Ravi: I feel like if it's something sudden and the brain hasn't had time to adapt, that's when you see it. Seizure, of course, another. So that could be a focal lesion driving the eyes. Yeah, but sort of a lesion without seizure, causing eye deviation, right? That's usually gonna be an acute stroke or a patient who's had a stroke and the gaze may remain deviated in those patients.
