Are You a Female Developer?

If one person knows everything and is hording that knowledge, it doesn't make the team very stable. There's also the buss factoras well. I think a lot of these characteristics are just being a nice human being - they aren't any way related to gender. It's sad that you see more women who are very good technically getting pushed into a heavy management role. And i think that's a failing in our industry more than anything else. If i i like you, i honestly can't think of one female developer that i've worked with which is really sad.
