DST Time Change

Some studies have found that DST would lower car accident rates due to the increased light of when people are out driving. But we also see that having more light in the afternoon encourages people to be outside more. Even a single hour of disruption to our circadian rhythm can greatly impact our health. For many of us with ADHD, this disruption can be especially severe for us.
