Is There a Mirror Reflecting Light?

In a series of contingent beings, each receives its existence from another. There must be a necessary being that gives existence to contingent beings. What we need is something different than a mirror reflecting light. That's how we can think of contingent beings if each of them has an essence that's open to being and not being.
