What's New in Pixel 7?
We're also introducing some exciting zoom technologies. One of the new things in Pixel 7 as well, getting back to the multi-camera concept, is we have a telephoto lens that lets you have 5X zoom. Now traditionally, you might not be able to use that 5X lens until you've zoomed into 5X. By using a fusion technique running the main camera and the telephoto camera simultaneously, we can use the detail from thetelephoto camera once you reach it out 2.5X. So now you're getting benefit from that telephoto camera starting at 2.5, not just starting at 5. And that's really cool. It means more value for the hardware
