In the early days of the commercial crew and cargo programmes, you were operating on limited budget. You got a significant amount of buying from congress on these programmes. When we weren't funded fully in those early years, we were able to deal with it contractually by paring down our aspirations. It was very, very low money. And kind of cots kind of flew under the radar scream. Thankfully, when i looked back, itwas, it was kind of nice, cause we did not fly under the Radar scream.
