When I was a grad student, the idea of using gas dynamics and hydrodynamics were all brand new ideas. There were still a lot of simulations going on, but they were basically just gravity and dark matter. And so, those are still very important. Why don't we talk a little bit about gravity and dark Matter? How did we get from the tiny fluctuations at the CMB era to the first stars and galaxies?
