Is It Applying to a Slave?
There is a very clearly articulated standard in sort of classical roman law. Is that applying to a slave as well? Does a slave have the same expectations or restrictions? So this is where it gets complicated, right? Because we've looked at the bad law, which doesn't do anything like this. Weare not applying any of this to slaves, because the standard is just completely differently constructed for slaves.
