I think for me, I am an expressive person, so I talk through it a lot with my coach, my life coach, my therapist. And number two, I journal, I write out, you know, what I'm feeling, why I'm feeling,. It's just like a verbal written dump on what I'm going through. When I look back, I also realize that, wow, okay, I definitely am getting stronger because I find myself being able to pick myself up emotionally a lot quicker.
