The Importance of EEG Implants in Paralysis

The Walking In Project is using brain implants to help paralyzed people walk again. The project uses EEG rather than the invasive surgical technique that has been used in some of your early experiments. It's not clear if the EEG will be fully controlling the exoskeleton, so it may well be that the EEG is sharing control of the limbs. But an alternative could be to rewire a person's actual body and have them use their own arms or legs.
