I'm now looking into monitoring my sleep a little bit more. I got one of these fitness bands, the Microsoft band and it tells me how much sleep I got,. How many times I woke up and gives me an idea of the quality of the sleep. So I want to learn from that. Is there a correlation between certain things going wrong in the sleep and then feeling bad? And also if there's particular things I can do to get a better night's rest so that it's telling me that I'm getting higher quality sleep.
