Introduction

A colleague of mine recently figured out how to solve this problem by using robots, or a i to be more exact. My colleague uses an a i assistant named clara. You c see clara on an initial emal people you'd like to meet with. It then looks at your calendar and offers a couple of meeting times. Then once everyone agrees on a date in time, clara sends the finalized calendar invites. And then the day before the meeting, it checks in to confirm that everyone's still available.
