The Importance of Printing in China

M movable printing is invented in the 11th century but people don't really use it. Because it's more economical to just cut wood blocks. You have too many characters right. It's not a question of having letters you have, you know some text that use up to 7000 characters different characters. Other than wood blocks are cumbersome. Right. And you they don't go well with the press you have to strike them in a different way so. But then I guess what we'd want to say is what we really want to think about in printing is the fact that getting begins as a subsidized thing for teaching,. particularly for the state.
