How to Deal With Chronic Inflammation
Do not try to prevent inflammation when it's actually doing you good. Rest doesn't prevent inflammation, but a bit of movement can get blood to the affected areas. Emphasize herbs and spices with anti-inflammatory properties such as turmeric, ginger, and garlic. Focus on consuming whole minimally processed foods that are rich in nutrients.
