All the chip shops in Ireland are run by Italians because they're not in cuisine. We have a different curry sauce as well in Ireland, which is a less kind of fruity curry sauce than you have here. But proper chip shop chips, I don't know what that thing is. There's a phrase that Kate Moss said once: 'Nothing tastes as great as being big skinny feels'
